Welcome to Feminines Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible domestic orders. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Exceptions

Due to hygiene and health protection safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Women's underwear, lingerie, shapewear, and personal care products are strictly non-returnable once the original packaging has been opened or tags removed, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For questions about your specific item, contact us at support@feminines.store.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@feminines.store to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the eligible item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

International Returns — Saudi Arabia Only

We currently accept international returns exclusively from customers located in Saudi Arabia. International returns from all other countries are not accepted at this time.

Customers in Saudi Arabia have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All standard eligibility conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following conditions apply to all international returns:

• Return shipping: The customer is fully responsible for all international return shipping costs, including any customs fees and import duties incurred during the return shipment.
• Original shipping charges: The shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
• Duties and taxes: Any duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.

To initiate an international return, contact us at support@feminines.store before sending any items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval with no refund received, contact us at support@feminines.store.
