Welcome to Feminines Store. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently to our customers in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated clearly at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Shipping within Jordan: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping to Saudi Arabia & Gulf Region: 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping (including United States): 7–14 business days.
International Shipping & Customs
Feminines Store ships worldwide where available. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT required by their destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier information, and a tracking link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
