Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Local Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
Feminines ships worldwide where available.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or other local fees required by their country
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier information
- Tracking link (if available)
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to:
