Welcome to Feminines Store! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently to our customers in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and worldwide. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

• Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Tracking: Once your order is processed and dispatched via our international carriers (including DHL Express), you will receive a tracking link via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇯🇴 Shipping within Jordan

• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

• Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on location.

🇸🇦 Shipping to Saudi Arabia (Special Offers & Tiers)

We offer dynamic, tier-based shipping for our pajama collections sent to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• Pajama Sets Offer:

  • 1 to 4 Pajamas: 🎉 FREE SHIPPING

  • 5 to 8 Pajamas: 12 JOD

  • 9 to 12 Pajamas: 24 JOD (Each additional tier of up to 4 pajamas adds 12 JOD to the shipping cost).

• Delivery Time: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment via express courier.

🌐 Other International Destinations

• Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on the destination country.

• Rates: Calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes (KSA & International)

• Customers ordering outside of Jordan (including Saudi Arabia) are responsible for any customs clearance duties, local VAT, or governmental import fees imposed by the destination country's authorities.

• Feminines Store is not responsible for minor delays caused by local customs inspection procedures.

4. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Jordan: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit/Debit Card payments are accepted.

• Saudi Arabia & International Orders: Cash on Delivery is not available for international shipments. Orders to KSA must be paid securely online via Credit Card / Debit Card (Onerway) at checkout before dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address & Re-Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address, receiver name, and phone number are accurate at checkout.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or failure to accept delivery from the courier, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:

Please provide your order number and photos of any damaged packaging/items so we can quickly resolve the issue with DHL Express on your behalf.
