How long does delivery take in Jordan?
Orders inside Jordan are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 1-3 business days after that. You can pay cash on delivery.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We ship to Saudi Arabia by express courier, and delivery takes 2-3 business days from dispatch. Orders of 1 to 4 pajama sets ship free. Saudi orders must be paid online by card at checkout - cash on delivery is available inside Jordan only.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer refunds. We will exchange an item only if it has a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, and only if you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with the original label attached and in its original packaging.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart based on waist measurement and weight. If you are between two sizes we recommend taking the larger one. Sizes chosen incorrectly by the customer cannot be exchanged, so please check the chart before ordering.
